EBT in Teaming Agreement for
Times Square Competition; EBT
Subsidiary completes Dell Computer
Monument Sign
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21,
1999--SI Diamond Technology Inc.'s (OTC BB:SIDT)
wholly owned subsidiary, Electronic Billboard Technology
Inc. (EBT), Tuesday announced a teaming agreement with
WBC Architects of Copenhagen, Denmark, to jointly
participate in a competition organized by Van Alen Institute
to redesign one of New York's icons, the tkts(TM) ticket
booth in Times Square.

WBC Architects is an architectural design firm lead by Bo
Christoffersen, who for the last 26 years was the chief
architect for Tivoli International. During this period,
Christoffersen headed masterplans for theme parks in several
cities around the world.
The teaming agreement requires EBT to provide the designs
for the display technologies that will be incorporated by
WBC Architects. The final drawings are expected to be
delivered by Oct. 15, 1999 to Van Alen Institute for the
competition.
In addition, EBT announced that its recently acquired
subsidiary, Sign Builders of America, completed its latest
installation of a monument sign for Dell Computer
(NASDAQ:DELL). Sign Builders of America has supplied
Dell with over 175,000 in signage in 1999.
SI Diamond Technology is a holding company consisting of
three operating subsidiaries. The Field Emission Picture
Element Technology, Inc. (FEPET) subsidiary is developing
products for applications utilizing SIDT's proprietary field
emission technology and is owned 95 percent by SIDT. The
wholly owned Electronic Billboard Technology Inc. (EBT)
subsidiary is geared toward the commercialization of
electronic digitized sign technology. Sign Builders of America
Inc. (SBOA), a wholly owned subsidiary of EBT is a
manufacturer of high quality signage.
