Actually, the hilarious part of this suit really hits the
funny bone when you think that Jarvis and Hislop were both
on the board at UP,and, in my opinion, probably keeping Watford fully informed on Allan's last minute
efforts of trying to keep the Mesa/Gemini prospect from
reverting back to UP. Gee, ever wonder how UP came up with
the AFE figure they gave AOW???? A figure they thought would
be impossible for AOW to pay????? Every wonder why Anschultz had UP indemnify them against legal action by AOW
on this deal????

Oh, and I have no idea whey Allan hasn't filed a statement
of defense yet.

Oh, and ever wonder about this:
This is the same land tht Watford sold Anschultz for under
$900 an acre. Allan's figures work out to about $5,000
per acre for AOW in the deal he made.
