I was not offended at all.
Appointment of new CFO would seem to indicate that HMSK is beginning to ramp up for anticipated growth and added administrative responsibilities. CFO appears to be qualified. I would have preferred someone not previously associated with CEO and someone with internet, high growth company experience. But I guess if you can count bananas you can count listings.
Today's action had to be anticipated. Big drop in the NASDAQ dragged HMSK down after its significant run-up. Support is now $12 and a close below support on good volume would probably signal a period of consolidation in the absence of any major news.
Seems to me the play is to short HOMS and go long HMSK.
