Opsrey,

The quote server, went down at about 10:30 PST today, but most users were switched to a live alternate server without any ill effects. Users of Netscape or IE version 3.x browsers would have noticed problems at this point and not been switched.

We are aware that if you open too many live multiple day charts ( on fast moving - ie NASDAQ stocks ) you can degrade your applet's performance. The fix for this will be out this week.

As far as not getting trade data for a specific stock. Did you try opening a live chart for it? If for some reason trades were not sent from our server, opening a chart should fix the problem.

I am still interested in getting more details about your problems, so that we can recreate them on one of our test machines. Email any details including Java console to:

mailto:java@canada-stockwatch.com

Thanks,
