Joan, I have expected the Opec scam to collapse at any time and so far, it has held fairly well. But if we raise rates, and the trade deficit/dollar situation says we have to, oil could be in deep kimshee. I like the cos as asset plays at lower prices, but, right now, I think they are pricey. BR is certainly one of the asset-rich firms.
