Here's the latest on SME from The Tennessee Investor (April Issue) Buzz Heidtke - Heidtke & Co., Inc. Nashville, TN "We bet on the year-end turnaround that didn't happen. Company is in the process of laying off workers and closing unprofitable stores in the West, in order to increase profitability. Seven percent of Service's floor space (jewelry) contributes 90% of their profits. The company is in the process of realigning their merchandise to carry lines that enhance jewelry sales such as kitchen supplies and exercise equipment and de-emphasize items such as computers. We believe the company is very close to developing a good product, but they are not there yet. Wait!" Well that's the current buzz from Buzz...I still feel good about SME and I'm hanging in there! Good luck to all of us...
