This was from the Yahoo thread (for what it's worth): "I called [CUBE] investor relations. TSMC & UMC both lost power. Neither of them sustained any structural damage. TSMC expects about 10% wafer loss & UMC expects 1-5% loss(Current Production). I asked if this would have a material affect on earnings. He said "We will release a statement if it looks like it will impact earnings." I asked, "Do you expect to release a statement?" He said "We do not expect this to impact earnings." FINALLY A STRAIGHT ANSWER.....LOOKS GOOD TO ME>>>>>>BUY ON THE DIPS**********************************
