Lola You are right...It sure doesn't feel like $10,000/month in IR. In fact, JDX has openly said that it doesn't plan to promote the stock and put on Dog and Pony shows until after the deal(s) is announced and/or the Medsite.com S1's are out. The $10,000/month probably includes part of Jim Graham's salary and the cost of mailing out year end reports, etc. to a large shareholder base. Other than that I'm not sure what they are using the money for since I haven't seen any JDX promotion on the street to date. However I am guessing that will all change in the near future.
