I was unable to read Mason & Dixon. I read chapters, here and there, which were enticing, but overall it was kinda boring. But I haven't been reading much fiction lately, really for quite a while. I love to read about real world things, plants, animals, people, buildings, architecture, travel, even investing. V was good, and much easier to read, shorter, partly, but also pre- the so-called "breakthrough" that Gravity's Rainbow represented, which he seems to have abandoned.
I remember it took me a week to read, I was in college, and I cut class all week and just lay in bed and read it, all day and all night. |
