Mosaid rated a "Strong Buy" as of 1999-09-17 by DJ Yorkton. I found this on the news part of Merrill Lynch's posts for this stock. Also, 3 days before this, Mosaid stated they would be buying back 200,000 common shares over the next year. FYI
