BOUT has resistance at 40 and 50, usually has a hard time breaking through either one. But if it breaks through 40 with any strength, I think it will go higher - at least to 50 in the short term.
If it cannot make it though 40, it will trade in a range in the 30s as it's done for awhile until it can break through 40 again with strength - news is usually required... I've watched this daily for months...but this is just my opinion of course. So since I was unsure about buying the dip the past few days, due to the unlocking, now I'll wait until I see it can hold 40 for a few days or more.
