They just don't get it. Most of the 4,000 ISPs are shoestring operations run by people not looking to get rich but just make a living. IOW their margins are much higher than the big boys'. Many offer rates less than $19.95. And many provide hands-on consulting and web servicing to small and medium business that the big boys don't.
