That Peter Michaels fiasco with Netpirates casino has been going on for over two years now. They were among the first to solicit investors for unit purchases. Many investors claim they were bilked out of substantial sums of money and further claim the funds were misappropriated for luxury items and they now want their money back forthwith. It's entirely possible they can be restituted by disgorgement or perhaps on the eventual success of the stock they were supposed to receive in NWDP. The latest article posted concerns last weeks raid by the SEC and CDC. Virtual Gaming Enterprises is also now coming under fire for their purported schemes as reported in the press. You have to give VGAMD credit for one thing-they know to close early on bad days!
