Bobby, the reason Ole 49r isn't taking cash is probably because she doesn't want to be included in the indictment for fraud.
From the "Blue Bucket" website, look what you can buy for a mere $100 greenbacks:
For each $100 purchase, each BLUE BUCKET VIRTUAL MINER can buy a single gold split, up to and including purchasing all 24 splits of a single 3 hr GOLD trommel shift, in this ongoing, commercial Blue Bucket Gold Diggings mining operation.
So for $2400 smackeroos (I think I'm reading this right) I can buy a full trommel load of sorted gravel and whatever gold may lie within.
Most 3 hour shifts have harvested approximately 2 troy ozs, with some sessions recovering more gold.
Further clarifying this offer... I can hope to maybe retrieve 2 troy ounces of that precious metal from each trommel load and I only have to pay $2400 bucks for the pleasure.
And then I can even enjoy this via the internet, sending my money to someone I don't know, in hopes that he will honestly send me the actual amount of gold gleaned from my trommel load....
Puuhleeezzz!!!
One has only to note the obvious double entendre latent in the very name of the alledged "grub stake"...:
"Come and Mine with Valentine!" at Blue Bucket Gold Diggings Mine, Lookout Mtn, OR
Look Out seeming to appear like a blatant warning to one and all.
Or as my wife commented: "you'll need plenty of blue buckets to bail yourself out of this scam"
Or her other, more clever, comment: "Lose your ducats at Blue Buckets"
We have her number... she has spammed SI with more than 30 posts since 11:30 this morning on a variety of threads.. touting this scheme.
