Fs, actually I don't think its the shorts and believe it is a combination of scaring of shares for a later flip in the 33-36 range. The pattern has been there for a long long time...I'm not going to venture a guess as to whom but I think its obvious.

Thank goodness someone finally had the guts to say it. I believe there is no doubt odds say we have the goods due to the various independent confirmations. Someone, however, is not telling the whole truth regarding the amount of time it takes and what has to be in place for a company to ink a JV deal and be bought out. The pie in the sky has been going on for months now with the big carrot always available "next week." By now I feel like Bugs Bunny chasing carrots. Next week never comes yet there is always another pie in the sky story, with the "rumor" of another big news release, the suckers buy, we get a nice little rally, and the selling comes in heavy. Do this a few times a year and you've made some good money. There is no volume or buying present to indicate we are even close to a JV. It's not hard to figure out what's going on. The news has to be coming from the company so who is disseminating it and what is the motive? Think about it? And I have one parting comment, what's up Doc?
