Regarding 2 people trading in office. Call any daytrading firm. DAYTRADERS CARDINAL RULE # 1...daytrade only during hours of 9:35-11:00, 2:30-3:00. Other hours go home. So of course if someone drives by and looks it might be slow that time. Plus you cant see the terminals inside from the parking lot.(high hedges)

Looks like it is official now, despite Carl's attempt to dissemble. The hedges aren't so high after all. Especially with another report of only three traders there. I would guess the Boca operation is not really the high fiving jive jungle of obscene profits that they have wanted people to believe. With only two or three traders spotted there now, it sounds more like a Mormon Reading Room in a remote part of Utah.

Even John Schmitz appears to half-heartedly corroborate these reports of slow attendance. Our review of the Boca office of IT clearly reflects its growing pains.

So what is to be made of poor hapless Charlie and his comments about the activity there? Is he the one they will try to throw to the SEC wolves when the time comes?

[14:28] [jrmagco]: How many peole using I.T. on average every day?
Answer: Both the Garden City, NY and the Boca Raton, FL offices average 20 traders per day.
[14:44] [Fred]: Why should an investor trade at of the two established offices when trades can be made at home over the computer?
Answer: An investor might want to trade at one of the established day trading offices instead of online to experience the dynamic energy and group camaraderie of the trading floor.

One really has to wonder if Charles Vaccaro knowingly misrepresented the situation in the Boca Office when he was making these statements to the investing public. How could he not know that what he was saying was not the true situation? My answer of course is: "Book him, Danno."
