I am primarily a fundamental, value guy on the long-term port side (except CMGI & SFE), and a portion which I trade. But I have to tell you the on-balance volume, money flows, etc is absolutely incredible on the downside right now. Money is making a max exodus. The negative flows on things like BRK(a or b), CEI, WWY, KO, TR, FITB etc are pretty fierce. This obviously coincides with the "Cash Flows" from Barron's last week I posted. Further, the BRKs and CEIs have made money flow and on balance volume lows NEVER before seen.
The selling on the stocks other than the few, the proud, the Nifty few is absolutely INTENSE. "Some" of the MACDs appear to be cresting and the stochastics bottoming, but this is incredible. THIS is different! |
