Like the knee lift sit ups? I do 40 three times a week. They're the easy part. Well I've done them before and that is the part when I know what I'm doing. <<but I had to buy reading glasses.>> Ah yes, I have to go through the extended eye check up because I was diagnosed with diabetes. They wanted to schedule me for lazer surgery on account of it. After the check up I didn't even need glasses. One test said I had diabetes and the next 12 said I didn't but guess how I'm listed. 50. You turn 50 and you're a target. Diabetes, heart disease, bad gums. I must have bad gums. I was told that. I said looky. Ok, take x-rays. Nothing showed but I'm over 50. That's a symptom. Tits, guys grow them and women's tend to point down. Does that mean they can't give each other sexual pleasure? Damn, as long as we are alive we need some fun. Jeez, fun, that's what life's about. Without fun why live?
