They expired worthless, I have no extra shares, and the underlying ran away from me while I waffled. I did get to keep about $5K worth of premium; at least until next April when Revenue Canada suggests that I give them their share. :-( Similar story with my MTSN Puts which I shorted. Except I kept a little more Premium; and already had as large a position as is reasonable for a very aggressive bull on that stock. So now I just have some Jan 12.50s outstanding for MTSN. And right now the chance of those getting assigned appears to be very close to zero. I tried to scalp about 11k worth of Premium a couple weeks ago but the specialist only filled 1/2 my order before dropping the bid substantially. I trust you just added to your position and are quite pleased for having done so. Ian.
