TLC, here's 1 Green Food Decision-Requiring Recipe 4U 2 look forward 2 contacting R pLAnT again & watching stocks - World's Greatest Greenest GUACAMOLE... *Rub 2 lg wooden bowls lightly with walnut oil or a crushed fresh walnut let it sink in B4 buying enough chips & ripe avocados & stuff to host your grubs. If this takes too much planning then order it to go from a Mexican Restaurant. Or.... *Assemble Ingredients: Avocados, fresh garlic clove, limes, green jar salsa, scallions, jalapenos, longhorn cheddar cheese, chips, maybe sour cream maybe tequila or maybe not. *Make Guacamole Right: Rub the 2 wooden bowls with a garlic clove just wanting the juice or 1 each if you like more but don't use any if you don't like garlic. *Then in one bowl crush some chopped scallions & chopped jalapenos proportioned to taste to release the flavors - squeeze the lime juice over it & mix some green salsa in; perhaps a little tequila too if it needs it, or not. *The other bowl catches the avocados as they're scooped from their shells - put pits aside tell U why later - mash/fluff avocados with a fork just a bit til they start to expand but don't overwork 'em or they'll fall apart - then fold in stuff from the other bowl - mix/fluff it all now for just a minute bewaring the point of puree - you might put some back in the other bowl see if it tastes as good with sour cream if you bought some. Decide if you'll serve 1 or 2 kinds and/or which kind. * Place a pit in center of the bowl(s) of Guacamole, that keeps it Green. Grate cheese on top if you like it, then chill in refrigerator if possible. Or don't put the cheese on the guacamole, but melt it on chips in the oven later. Or it doesn't need any if no one likes cheese or U didn't buy it. This Guacamole Is Always The Worlds Greatest Anyway. 909s, Joana |
