Thank you for your honesty. Yes, the truth may suck and a lot of folks are holding the bag. I'm presently holding APPI awaiting for their return from the Pinks with a paper loss of 30%. (OT) Spoken with management (APPI) regards regaining listing and I get the hands up and finger pointing toward the SEC. Appears only way to not be delisted is the companies have to do their job.. not a new concept.. and expect slow and red tape from the Fed... nothing new... had these BB's submitted very early they would have had better communications with the SEC. As the SEC runs through the alphabet it is very prudent for investors to do DD for the long haul if their decsion is to hold. I guess the only safe mode today is to only look at stocks with names starting with A nd B; and soon C. Yes, I will sit on the sidelines and observe the BS as they get close to their possible "E", and dilution appears to be above normal with profits still questionable is not profitable holding the bag for poor management, i.e., not completing required paperwork for the SEC.
