You guys are worried about VC's?? OK, leave the VCs out. Does it bother you that the CEO dumps almost half of his holdings in a period of less than 2 months in this newly public company? Insiders know best, and who's more knowledgeable about the company's direction (and stock price) than the CEO. Selling half of his holdings is surely not a vote of confidence about this company's future.
