He (Stiles--investor relations) was uncertain but indicated that Klobnak owned "probably 10 % of the company". The company has issued 25 mil shares. The sources I have access to shows him to own 124,000 shares reported on 7-09-99 and sold 65,000 between 7-16-99 and 7-22-99. He filed a 144 on 7-26-99 for 35,000 shares and on 9-25-99 for 65,000 shares. My sources are Thompson Fin. Serv and Inside Trader.com. How accurate they are , I don't know.

I was however impressed with his presentation and more impressed the the two analysis who followed his talk. In fact, I averaged up again. Time will tell.
