I do not have a clue. I am still learning with each stock I get into ... I keep waiting since I have been in this one for the TA (Transfer Agent) to lay a bomb on me with an increase in Outstanding but that has not come ... I do not know how they can make a profit except trading the 10% of the spread. The key as I research the stock structures is to make notes on the trading and the only way to do that is to get all the trades. I have not gotten and answer for the "G" trades and I even subtracted the non reported trades and still got 8.6M which is only 86K dollars at this level. Shorting it down they someone made a fortune. There is no reason to cover because there is no reason to cover right now. The bashers are right that it will take good fundamentals before someone decides to make things right. In the mean time they just maintain the position and trade the spread. today there was more buys than sells also ... so again I am watching and learning as I watch the other side of the trade. :-) GB
