LUMM and another Fiber OTC Stock Fiber has taken this stock from under 1.00 to over 12.0 in less than a year, I am hoping it will do the same for FBCE which is also player in the Fiber Market, look into them. http://www.FiberCoreUSA.com The site is not glamorous but the stock will be, someday. LUMM pivotal stage right now imo, either its gonna breakout to 14-15, or fall back, and retreat under 10, psychological and technical thing, nothing to do with the co. I hope the first one happens, might bring up the value of FBCE currently trading well under 1.00
