This would normally be good for a double or better between now and early December. The problem is that dilution is a major factor now.
It seems that the most likely explanation for that feeble NR was to raise the stock price for an equity financing.The only positive way out would seem to be a royalty investment from somebody like FN but I doubt that they would be interested.
