Michelle:

I asked you the question that I did because you made a bold statement -- that "all the major Silicon Valley companies have Sebl already and will not switch..."

Your response indicates that this is just your own assessment.

Let me ask you, do you consider HP a "major SV company?"

With respect to my reference to comments by Jeff Henley, it is a fact that he made such a statement that ORCL really doesn't run into SEBL that much when soliciting CRM customers. I wonder whether SEBL was knocking at HP doors at the same time ORCL was. What do you think?

"Why would Henley make a statement like that?"

Probably because its true. The market for CRM services is in its infancy. Do you think Henley would say such a thing if in-fact it was to avoid recognition that ORCL was losing business to SEBL in every head-to-head competition it encountered SEBL. If such were the case, it is my opinion that Tom Siebel would be all over such a statement. So far I haven't heard squat from the SEBL camp. The CFO of major company just doesn't go on the air & broadcast a statement like Henley did if it were not in-fact true.
