I think, in general, we have only been a week or two away from cutting a deal all Summer. There has been good reason for most of the delays. For one thing, as you may have noticed, the number of NDA's has slowly increased all summer long. New players have showed up-new offers have been made-not all at the same time. Due to the incredible amount of interest plus all the counter offers-and limited resources available to Medinah-it is no wonder that it has taken as long as it has. The latest delays are undoubtedly IP related. Why sign a deal today if you know that within a week or two-you will have data that shows you have a much more valuable property? It is important that they eventually sign they deal before we all lose patience but there is a proper time for every thing. The proper time is getting closer... This update from IR yesterday. We have heard from Gordon-he attempted to reach the site on Monday only to get stuck in snowdrifts. Large boulders remain on the access road. Medinah was planning on bringing up a bulldozer yesterday to completely open the road. With the continued good weather-hopefully the crews are out there today doing their thing. It is only dumb luck that the worst Winter to hit this part of Chile in the last ten years happened to snow on our investment! Cheers. P.S. Speaking of needing patience-I'm still watching LGOV! Those Chinese are sure slow-hey? :)
