<GUMM is a stock promotion fraud and their claims of a homeopathic cold remedy are laughable.>

GUMM is NOT a stock promotion fraud and your focus on it's label "homeopathic" is laughable.

This is what Wexler basis his opinion of fraudulent technology and stock promotion fraud on:
beta.siliconinvestor.com

This is why his opinion is laughable and makes no sense:
beta.siliconinvestor.com

Draw your own conclusions. Wexler takes words that would normally have a negative connotation, and twists them to fit his needs. This may not be a direct lie, but it is deceitful and far from honest.

JDN: I'm sure that Glaxo's cold drug will get some business, but they aren't going to zero out the OTC cold remedy market. I don't even think that a prescription drug would cause the OTC market to decline in value. IMO, few people will go to the doctor for the common cold (~$50) to get a prescription (~$35), and spend a few hours in the process. This is especially true if an OTC remedy that costs ~$10 is just as effective, or more effective. It will all come down to marketing and product awareness.
