BARRONS also had an article about how the market has over discounted the REIT'S and bargain buying may begin soon. With all these interest rate jitters and inflation fears you would think real estate would be a great place to park your $$ long term. With a little rebound and high yields in this sector it should be no problem getting a 15 - 25 % return.
