Here's another opinion on the closing arguments from the Seattle Times:

As your AP article points out, the appeals court has already decided that the integration of Windows and IE provides benefit to the consumer. MSFT doesn't abuse their "monopoly" by charging more than Apple or even much more than Linux for the OS. Despite their constant tripping over their own feet in the trial, I just don't see how they can lose on the facts.
