WS Communications To Provide Wireless E-Commerce Services Using Diversinet's Passport Security Software

Diversinet Corp. (NASDAQ Small Cap: DVNT, CDN: DVNT), a leader in providing security software for wireless e-commerce applications, today announced that WS Communications is licensing Diversinet's Passport certificate security software for its wireless trading and
e-commerce applications.

WS Communications specializes in providing turnkey wireless products and developing wireless applications for their Fortune 1000 clientele. The New York company is a consulting firm and systems integrator for wireless and data services.

WS Communications offers a variety of wireless solutions including, stock trading, e-commerce, real-time market data and wireless e-mail. WS Communications' wireless applications utilize a variety of wireless devices including the Inter@ctive Pager 950 and BlackBerry from Research in Motion.

Diversinet's Passport certificate software will be used to authenticate subscribers to WS Communication's financial services and e-commerce applications to ensure that all transactions are secure.
