Chartwell Files Form 10SB
DENVER, Sep 22, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Chartwell International, Inc.
(OTC BB: CHAP), announced today that it has filed a Form 10SB
registration statement with the SEC.
Under the ruling adopted January 1999, companies listed on the OTC
Bulletin Board must become a reporting company in order to stay listed.
In preparation to become a reporting company, Chartwell has filed Form
10SB which will be reviewed and commented upon by the SEC. The process
of preparing, filing and responding to SEC comments prior to
effectiveness is expected to take several weeks. Once approved, the
Company can begin filing annual reports on Form 10K or quarterly
reports on Form 10Q. Details of the OTCBB Eligibility Rule Phase-In
