Agreed. I think the reason for this is simply that there are more B2C companies out there - many are well known and can be used as examples that everyone will understand. Also, keep in mind that it takes a few months to get a book published - there were even fewer B2B examples to draw on.

What happened in the B2C e-commerce world may provide some clues to the unfolding B2B.
