Ramsey: dont think I missed any point and did not try to cover all the possible ramifications for CDMA vs Toast.

I understand the companies have mainly different footprints. I prefer more providers going after pops rather than fewer. As I stated, you folks in the major markets will do okay by a National Player, it is us in the minor markets that will suffer. Covering the north east is a must in a National Player's game plan. Covering US1 from Vero Beach to Jaxsonville is more of a priority for a south east Regional Player. I have been in minor markets too long, that is why they call them minor.

I did not attempt to comment on T or any other player's response. I am all for CDMA - just would prefer more suppliers to fight over offering me service. I wont get that with a multinational concern.

We can all sit and play what-ifs. Short term, from a user perspective, I do not benefit VODABAMs increase in coverage. Nationwide 'footprints' already exist with all the convoluted roaming agreements.

Now if you want to talk about investor benefits, that is a completely different story.
