Hi Jack, I have talked to and listened to a number of mutual fund managers who can invest in the telco's. There seems to be concern that there is new technology that can circumvent the Baby Bells. They are also not sure who will deliver this new technology, T, MCI, Sprint - but we do know the FCC is not allowing the Baby Bells to bid on the 28 GHz frequencies.

What I am trying to say is until some of this gets sifted out people will "probably" not put a lot of money in this sector.
