hi Brandon;

if you buy a 100 shrs of CSCC, you will get 100*0.7 = 70 shrs of ASND upon the conclusion of the merger. You should not have to do anything at all; however, there may be a charge against your brokerage account - the easiest thing is to ask your broker/customer svs.

if you are hoping to get ASND by buying CSCC, the latter is at a discount, i.e., if ASND is currently valued at $45, CSCC should be at $31.5; however, it may be quoted at $30. My guesses are that it factors in the situation - however remote - the deal may fall through.
