TCBG UPDATE

After a lengthy conversation with Jon Darmstadter, President and CEO of TCBG this morning . . Production in Warrenton (St.
Louis) after just 2 weeks of just managing the machinery & facility, TCBG is currently exceeding former production at Toronto
and Warrenton combined. With 2 machines up and running full efficiency and the third one coming on today TCBG is currently
producing in excess of 4,000 cases per day. TCBG expects that by the 25th of September with 3 machines up and running in
Warrenton under TCBG's watchful eye, TCBG will produce in excess of 6,000 cases per day.

A quick update on the form 10-SB . . . final numbers are being signed off for the first 6 months of 1999 and the final draft of the
form 10- SB is being completed by the attorneys.

A quick update on the Bond Closing . . . The bond papers have been reviewed, minor changes are being made and the final
papers will be coming back to our attorneys offices for final review and approval.

According to TCBG, the current status of 25 to 1 conversion ratio is under serious discussion with director's approval pending
for a change in the status of the conversion rate which will benefit shareholders as they have been heard loud and clear by a
concerned TCBG Board of Directors.

This change of conversion, when approved, will benefit shareholders. This 25-1 conversion will remain in the preferred for the
purpose of voting only.
