Insiders are always selling when stocks go up (managements of good companies and shitty companies alike). Show me one solid company where the CEO dumps almost half of his holdings just 4 months after the IPO. BRCM CEO didn't do that. Sure it's reasonable for RBAK's CEO to sell some, but half of holdings in the company? Isn't that excessive? What's the hurry?
