"morning nap" is a contradiction in terms. A morning nap is in reality a continuation of sleeping. In-other-words, it's almost the same as getting up at 6:00 a.m. to use the bathroom and then saying, "now that I'm up, I'm going to take a nap"........ not fair. True nap takers need to have some measurable interval of time ("MIT Factor") between waking up in the morning and then going back to sleep (unless of course you are still hung-over from the night before ????) - which might explain a lot here ????
