Dear shareholder,

I wish that I could give you an exact time when we will be listed back onto the OTC BB. Due to the large amount of companies that have recently filed to become reporting, the SEC is extremely backlogged and response time has been delayed. We see no reason why the Company will be declined, but until the SEC gives us approval we will trade on the Pink sheets. Thanks for your patience and support.
