The investor relations person you talked to does not know what he is talking about. LVCI insiders as a group own less than 2% of the company's stock. It will be interesting to see if there is any insider buying this month now that the stock has caved. If there is no insider buying that occurs, I would take that as a more bearish reading on the company's prospects than the prior insider selling. Insider's can sell for many reasons that are unrelated to their opinion of the company's prospects (personal needs, diversification, ect.)
