example; when company 111 is in the process of doing their due diligence to buy company 2222 i found out this process takes about 30 days to do. >>>>>

for fun lets just say company 111 started their dd to acquire company 2222 around 8/26/99 and if the process usually takes around 30 days that means this phantom play could pan out very soon here
