Roberto,

Analytika, Inc. is just one of several. The private companies with which Equity Dynamics (Mr Pappajohn) is involved seem to be grouped into several categories.

SOFTWARE & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Analytika analytika.com
CareMedic caremedic.com
NetGenics netgenics.com
Neural neural.com
Vento vento.net
Renaissance Software rensoftllc.com

BIOTECH
Advanced-Analytical advanced-analytical.com
EnzyMed enzymed.com

COMMUNICATIONS & LOGISTICS
TeleDirect tdirect.com
LogistiCare logisticare.com

I find it interesting that Neural and Vento are companies whose products crossover into several fields. By the way, Neural also has Stockpoint (formerly InvestorsEdge) stockpoint.com and NetProphet neural.com

To best take advantage of the potential tax benefit provided by PCES, it seems the software companies that relate to healthcare might be the best targets. As you can see, my list above has several names in that category.

There is also some overlapping that could include LogistiCare.

I don't know what Mr Pappajohn's plans are, but in my opinion, it looks like there could be some good synergy among several of these companies.
