When MSFT went public, my broker said: don't buy. My husband said to buy. He rarely says anything about the market.

But over the years, I have had terrible experiences with the broker and his assistants. One broker even lost his job. I made several formal complaints about him.

These brokers lost more than they ever made for me.

I still have accounts with them, but I don't trade shares in those accounts. JDN, is it difficult to move shares from one account to another?

I only call the broker for the firm's recommendations on certain stocks.

Nowadays, I do all my trading with discount broker.
