.too many problems....too much competition Competition is their main problem. This will likely lead to consolidation, and perhaps soon. Better be careful that the ones you bet against aren't taken over. large margin interest rates don't help Margin rates haven't moved much at all. Too much competition as you pointed out. Also, those who utilize margin, generally don't worry about another percent, they worry more about their next call <g>. Just because NITE will participate in after hours trading means very little, since all other OLBs will be doing the same. A strange comment. The OLBs participating in after hours can only be beneficial to NITE, provided NITE chooses to tag along. Do you realize that NITE is not an OLB? This last comment of yours makes me wonder...
