Questions re: the Forbes article...
This is a learning process for me ....so couple of questions...The article started with:
"What matters in valuing Internet stocks?
Look at things like the ratio of price to sales and projected sales growth.
By: Robert J. Sherwood" (from Forbes Magazine?)

I wonder: Who makes the determination of "projected sales growth"?.?

It's one thing to have large sales volume..but ultimately, it's the net profit that should be factored in someplace(i.e. grocery stores have huge sales, but also huge costs....they make a small percentage of profit per sale, BUT they rely on HUGE volume....)

Another question...:
"Wang pays a lot of attention to the price/sales ratio. She uses latest 12 month sales and consensus long-term sales
growth projections."
Again, my question here is:
WHO/WHAT makes the determination for "consensus long-term sales growth projections."

Another question: With more conventional (IBM, Coke-Cola, Pepsi, GE), stocks versus the Internet stocks she mentioned...How do these relate along side the Internet stocks?

Also, does anyone have any other articles/etc. that have been compiled by Ms. Wang? I wasn't able to find any, and would be interested to see other, if they are available....
