NEW YORK, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com
(OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK), the first Global Trade Internetwork(TM), today
announced that it has signed a broad-based sales, development and marketing
agreement with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC) and Shira
Trading Ltd., a major international trading firm based in Tel Aviv. The
agreement comes after months of working with the FICC and Shira to develop
comprehensive sales and marketing programs, geared specifically for the
region, that will bolster Israel's global trade presence.
Under the terms of the agreement, FICC and Shira will work together to
increase ProNetLink.com membership in Israel, create an advertising campaign
geared to the local business community, promote Virtual Trade Shows and
Netcasts and develop country-specific content for ProNetLink.com.
The Israeli marketing program will consist of three segments:

-- Defining the target market and making initial contact through
established FICC contacts & members
-- Marketing directly to the members of the Chamber of Commerce through a
variety of initiatives including mailings, faxes, sector-specific data
targeted to individual industries, seminars, training courses and
advertising on the Chamber web site, chamber.gov.il.
-- Public relations, editorial coverage in FICC member publications and
information bulletins and prominent placement at FICC trade shows

well as an 'Internet' connection to the business world," said Uri Grebenau,
President of Shira Trading, Ltd. "The opportunity to create a local resource
for business-to-business communication and disseminate our trade leads on a
global scale makes our partnership with ProNetLink.com an important element of
the continued economic development of Israel. Israel's global trade potential
is extremely promising and, with ProNetLink.com, we feel that we are building
a vital business-to-business tool for the 21st century."
