NDX near highs up 21.5 to 2,495 (i-high 2,499)and DOW now rallying off the lows down only 18 to 10,580 area (i-high 10,603) and back above important 10,550 level-- right before the beige book report due out in 40 minutes. We will soon see which way the catalyst will take the market off of this report. Best Regards, J.T.
