Over the past year, I have made payemtns to my ESPP, and would now like to collect the security. I submitted a termination form on 8/2/99 to the HR of my company, asking that said securities be delivered(I had intended to sell through my account). Not receiving anything through the mail yet, I called my HR department only to find out that the form for delivery of the securities had not yet been mailed, as of 9/22/99!!!!!!!!!!! They explained that they do this on a quarterly basis and as such, I should expect to receive my securities approximately 5 weeks after they have been sent out on the last day of the quarter! This would mean that I should see my certificate sometime in early November! Isn't there some kind of law which stipulates a timeframe which is reasonable? My time to file until reception of securities is 3 months. If I had files on July 2, it would have been 4 months. Intuitively, this does not seem like it should be lawful yet I have failed to find any type of documentation so far to prove otherwise. Can anyone help?

TIA

Brian
